6 User Obligations

8 Account Suspension & Closure

jays777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a verification request.
• Submission of fraudulent, altered, or unverifiable identity or payment documents.
• Detection of duplicate accounts registered by the same individual or household.
• Suspected or confirmed bonus abuse, collusion, fraud, or money laundering activity.
• A chargeback request initiated against a jays777 deposit transaction.
• A player's voluntary self-exclusion request submitted to the support team.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Player-Initiated Closure

9 Limitation of Liability & Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
